About Us
Pointe Coupee Homebound Health Services has been providing professional home health care to residents of Pointe Coupee Parish and parts of Iberville, Avoyelles, West Baton Rouge, and West Feliciana parishes for over 40 years.
Pointe Coupee Hospice is a dedicated local hospice agency, established in 2001, and covering the same service areas. Pointe Coupee Hospice has easy accessibility to these areas allowing for more efficient patient care.
Both agencies are Medicare and Medicaid certified and service many private insurances policy holders.

Our employees help us provide professional home healthcare to Pointe Coupee Parish residents. The average staff member has more than 10 years experience in home care and hospice. Created by the board of directors of Pointe Coupee General Hospital in conjunction with Pointe Coupee Homebound Health Services and Pointe Coupee Hospice, these funds help sustain our goals.
