Home Health RN ( Part-Time Positions)

Part-time benefits available 

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Prior Home Health experience preferred. Must be able to speak, read, and comprehend the English language.

License Requirements

  • Current RN license with the Louisiana State Board of Nursing.

  • Current and unrestricted Driver’s License, vehicle insurance, and access to dependable vehicle. 

  • Home Health experience preferred

Physical Requirements

Must be able to withstand physical activity such as turning, lifting, stooping, bending, stretching, lifting to assist patients, and manual dexterity to administer care. Visual and aural acuity to detect changes in patients conditions.

Work Schedule

Rotating weekdays, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Weekend, weekday and holiday call on a rotating schedule.

Part Time/PRN Psychiatric RN

Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in providing care in a behavioral health setting.

Registered Nurses joining our team are responsible for coordinating and delegating direct care responsibilities during assigned shifts and monitoring and evaluating responses to clinical interventions within the framework of a multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Psychiatric home health experience required.

  • Secretarial and computer training.

  • Good knowledge of medical terminology.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with other team members.

  • Must be very organized with strong attention to detail.

  • Above average telephone skills.
