Pointe Coupee Homebound Health Services and Pointe Coupee Hospice stand by the phrase:
We want you to be aware that you have the right to choose your home care or hospice provider. It is your health we care about. Both agencies are not-for- profit, community-owned and will provide personalized, hometown care.
Pointe Coupee Homebound Health Services has provided professional home health care to Pointe Coupee Parish residents, as well as to residents in parts of Iberville, Avoyelles,West Baton Rouge, West Feliciana parishes, for over 27 years. Pointe Coupee Hospice is a dedicated local hospice agency, established in 2001, and covering the same service areas. Pointe Coupee Hospice has easy accessibility to these areas allowing more efficient patient care. Both agencies are Medicare and Medicaid certified and service many private insurances policy holders.
The average staff member of each agency has greater than 10 years experience in the home care and hospice fields. The Pointe Coupee Homebound Health Services
and Pointe Coupee Hospice employees are part of the New Roads community and are already familiar with most of our patients.
We take a lot of pride in providing care for our friends and families. That’s why we like to say:
We are a community-oriented agency and have several programs available through the Pointe Coupee Health Services Foundation and the Pointe Coupee Diabetes Education and Nutrition Program. We invite you to explore those sections of our website for more information.
